The EORU has arranged an afternoon social event to raise money for the 4 women from Eastern Ontario that will be representing Canada at the Women's Rugby World Cup in Spain in May - Sherri Sparling, Sherri Tanner, Lauren Smithson and Danielle Goulet. All clubs, players, referees and members of the rugby community are encouraged to participate and support these players. Tapes of Canadian women's matches will be played, and complementary snacks will be provided. To raise money there will be a raffle and donations from clubs and individuals are encouraged.
